Rahul Gandhi chants "Hum Jahan Gaye hum ko Pyar Mila" as enters Delhi

Bharat, led by Rahul Gandhi Jodo Yatra arrived in the nation's capital early on Saturday following a ceremony at Badarpur to transfer the flag. Gandhi and the Yatris were greeted at the Delhi border in Badarpur by a sizable contingent of Delhi Congress activists under the leadership of Delhi unit chairman Anil Chaudhary. The yatra arrived in Delhi from the side of Haryana's Faridabad.

According to the police caution, the 23-kilometer yatra began at 6.30 am today from the Badarpur border in southeast Delhi and will end at Red Fort via Ashram Chowk.

Earlier, as the yatra left Haryana and entered the capital, Gandhi received a hearty greeting at the Badarpur border in Delhi, where local party members joined the yatra in large numbers. He also expressed his gratitude to the people of Haryana for welcoming them with such warmth and love during the yatra.

The yatra approached Delhi as the BJP and grand old party officials were exchanging barbs and Mansukh Mandaviya, the Union Health Minister, urged everyone to adhere to Covid regulations.

Rahul Gandhi addressed Delhi residents when the yatra arrived in the city and stated, "While others are promoting hatred, the country's average citizen is now speaking of love. Lakhs of people have joined the yatra in every state. I told the RSS-BJP members that we were coming to set up shop in their "bazar" of hatred." (sic)

"Humko pyaar mila jahan gaye. This yatra is a protest against unemployment, inflation, hatred, and fear. The RSS incites dread, which they later transform into hatred. Because we don't propagate hatred, we say to be fearless "stated the Congress MP.

"This Yatra opposes hatred. In the Bharat Jodo yatra, only love and nonviolence exist. From Kanyakumari, we will travel to Kashmir, where we will raise the tricolour. The force and affection of people allowed us to walk from Kanyakumari to Delhi. We've been assisted by India, and we'll never forget it "declared the Wayanad MP.

Around 10.30 am, the yatra will arrive at Jai Dev Ashram in the vicinity of Ashram Chowk, and it will finish at Red Fort around 4.30 pm. At several locations along the route, a sizable number of vehicles and people are anticipated to join the yatra. At Ashram Chowk in the nation's capital, the Yatra will stop for the morning at 11 am, before continuing at 1 pm.
