Ram Temple's ground floor has completed its construction

The construction of the magnificent structures is well underway; the ground floor of the Ayodhya Ram Temple is almost finished, and completion of the holy mandir is anticipated for October of this year.

According to an official statement, the trust's senior members, including Nripendra Misra and the chairman of the construction committee, recently reviewed the ground floor of the Ram Temple's work.

The review meeting was attended by the top trust members as well as the engineer teams from Tata Consulting Engineers, Larsen & Toubro, and a representative from the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

The senior officials closely monitor the development of the construction project every day, and all the important issues are also discussed. The Rajasthani Bansi Paharpur stone, which will be displayed on the three-story temple, is proceeding according to schedule now that the temple's foundation has been finished, according to the committee.

In addition to the sanctum sanctorum, the temple features five mandaps: the Gudh Mandap, Rang Mandap, Nritya Mandap, Prathana Mandap, and Kirtan Mandap. The courtyard's height ranges from 69 to 111 feet, while the domes of the five mandaps are 34 feet wide and 32 feet long.

The temple is 380 feet in length, 250 feet in width, and approximately 161 feet in height as measured from the courtyard. Each and every piece of the sanctum sanctorum has been skillfully chiseled using Makrana marble pillars.

After considering the load factor and other climate-related issues, the 392 pillars in the temple were only added. The huge temple's entryway will also be carved out of pure gold.

The Ram temple is being built at Ayodhya following the Supreme Court's decision in the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute on November 9, 2019.
