The AP SLRB has asked applicants to download the Phase 2 application form after submission, print a copy, and bring it with them to the PET/PMT exam. The entry of applicants into PET/PMT will be subject to their presentation of original certificates, including an SSC certificate, Certificate of Educational Qualification, Certificate of Community, Certificate of Birth, Veterans Affairs individuals, and all other certifications that make them eligible for a loosened or age-reservation.
