Before Parineeti's wedding, Priyanka Chopra sends her best wishes. Did she state that she was gone

Parineeti Chopra is on the verge of entering wedlock with her politician boyfriend and Aam Aadmi Party leader, Raghav Chadha. The grand union is set to take place at the luxurious 'The Leela' in the enchanting city of Udaipur. The spotlight was initially on her elder cousin, Priyanka Chopra, who was expected to grace the wedding with her presence. However, recent reports suggest that despite her initial intentions, PeeCee might have to skip the event. It seems she has now officially confirmed her absence through a recent social media post.

Taking to Instagram, Priyanka penned a heartfelt message that read, "I hope you are as happy and content as this on your big day, little one. Always wishing you so much love," accompanied by a hashtag that signifies 'new beginnings.' According to another source, Priyanka did make an effort to rearrange her schedule and had initially planned to attend the wedding. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen last-minute commitments, it appears she might not be able to make it after all.

Leading up to their grand Udaipur wedding, the couple embarked on their pre-wedding festivities, commencing with an areas ceremony at a Gurudwara in Delhi. Parineeti and Raghav donned matching attire in soft shades of pale pink for this significant event. For those who may not be familiar, Ardas is a sacred Sikh ritual that forms an integral part of the worship service in a Gurudwara. It is a Sikh prayer performed before or after embarking on any significant endeavour.

For her wedding attire, Parineeti entrusted her dear friend and renowned celebrity designer, Manish Malhotra, to craft her exquisite lehenga. The couple has chosen a simple and understated theme for their wedding ensembles, emphasizing elegance and subtlety.
