Son injured after speeding truck strikes bike in Nagpur, killing a 50-year-old lady

A tragic incident occurred on Sunday night when a speeding truck collided with a motorcycle on a recently inaugurated flyover in Nagpur city. The newly opened flyover is located in the Pardi area, and this unfortunate accident resulted in the loss of a 50-year-old woman's life, identified as Triveni Ambadare. Triveni Ambadare hailed from Patansaongi village, situated under Saoner tehsil in Nagpur district. Her son, Atul, aged 29, sustained severe injuries in the collision.

According to local law enforcement authorities, the mother and son had been returning home after paying a visit to a Lord Ganesh pandal when their two-wheeler was struck by an unidentified truck. Tragically, the truck driver fled the scene immediately after the accident, leaving behind a scene of devastation. This incident has cast a shadow of sorrow and concern over the safety of the newly opened flyover in the Pardi area of Nagpur, which had only been made accessible to traffic a week prior to this tragic event.
