A phone conversation between an activist and the accused in the rave case mentioned Elvish Yadav

Following the involvement of YouTuber Elvish Yadav in a case related to the alleged illegal organization of rave parties and the use of snake venom, one of the accused individuals admitted to being acquainted with the Bigg Boss OTT winner during a phone conversation with the complainant.

On Friday, the Noida Police took into custody five individuals on suspicion of utilizing snake venom at rave parties. During their interrogation, the name of Elvish Yadav was raised, as the detained individuals disclosed that they had previously supplied snakes for parties hosted by the Big Boss OTT winner.

In a phone conversation, which India Today TV had access to, one of the accused individuals was overheard discussing the availability of various types of snakes with the complainant. However, he emphasized that he could not assume responsibility for any associated risks.

The complainant, who is a wildlife activist and had been posing as a potential customer for snake venom, informed the accused that he had obtained the contact number through Elvish Yadav. In response, the accused stated, "Oh, Elvish provided you with my number? Well, why don't you inquire with Elvish about the pricing (for the snakes)?"

When discussing the cost of the snakes, the accused mentioned that he could offer them at prices ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,000.

Elvish Yadav vehemently refuted these allegations, denouncing them as "fake." He conveyed his strong denial through an Instagram post, asserting that these accusations held no credibility, with "not even 1 percent authenticity."

In a video message shared on social media, Elvish Yadav also implored that his reputation not be tarnished.

Based on a complaint filed by Gaurav Gupta from PFA, an organization affiliated with BJP parliamentarian Maneka Gandhi, an FIR was registered under the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act for criminal conspiracy against six individuals, including Yadav. The complaint alleged that Yadav and his associates had orchestrated illegal rave parties and had filmed videos involving snakes and snake venom in Noida and other areas of the National Capital Region (NCR).
