Bomb threats at ICICI, HDFC, and RBI are demanding Nirmala Sitharaman leave

On Monday, Mumbai Police reported an alarming bomb threat via email, targeting the offices of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank. The threatening email, sent from the address khilafat.india@gmail.com, not only conveyed plans for 11 bomb attacks at different locations in Mumbai but also included a demand for the resignation of Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and RBI Governor Shaktikanta Das.

The specificity of the threat indicated that the alleged attacks were scheduled for 1:30 pm on the following Tuesday. In response to this serious threat, the Mumbai Police promptly initiated investigations, dispatching personnel to all the locations mentioned in the email.
