Consecration of Ram Mandir promises extraordinary gifts and declares temple trust

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra, a trust dedicated to overseeing the construction and administration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, has disclosed that special gifts will be presented to distinguished guests during the "Pran pratishtha" ceremony scheduled for January 22, marking the consecration of the Ram Lalla idol. Alongside the revered prasad, attendees will be given copies of the 'Ayodhya Darshan' book, courtesy of Gita Press. 10,000 copies of this book, offering an extensive exploration of the city's history, ancient significance, Ramayana-related chapters, and details about its temples, will be printed exclusively for this occasion.

The 'Ayodhya Darshan' book's cover showcases an illustration of Lord Ram and the image of the Ram temple, featuring the date of the consecration ceremony. In addition to the books, all 10,000 copies will include a special note from Gita Press, Gorakhpur, entitled 'Supreme Offering.' While the 'Ayodhya Darshan' book will be distributed to all ceremony attendees, a select group of distinguished guests, numbering around 100, will receive three additional books: 'Ayodhya Mahatmya' (Glory of Ayodhya), 'Gita Dainandini' (Gita Diary), and a special edition of 'Kalyan Patra' magazine featuring an article on Lord Rama, an extraordinary publication first released in 1972.

Gita Press will also present the 'Ayodhya Mahatmya' book, containing diverse articles about the splendor of Ayodhya. With 45 pages of printed illustrations on art paper, this book promises to be visually captivating. Additionally, Gita Press will offer the 'Gita Dainandini' diary to kick off the new year, featuring verses from the Bhagavad Gita, along with English and Hindi dates. This diary provides information about fasting, festivals, and sunrise and sunset timings, making it a valuable resource for individuals seeking information throughout the year.

In a statement to India Today, Lal Mani Tiwari, the manager of Gita Press Gorakhpur, indicated that the Ram temple trust would identify and inform Gita Press about the special guests, and the publication would print these three books based on the request. As the initial phase of the temple's construction approaches completion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to participate in the "pran pratishtha" ceremony on January 22. The temple complex, following the traditional Nagara style, will span 380 feet in length (east-west direction), 250 feet in width, and 161 feet in height. Each floor will be 20 feet high, featuring a total of 392 pillars and 44 gates.
