Hailing from Khantoli Berinag in the Pithoragarh district, Sudhansh Pant is the son of JC Pant, Chief Engineer of the electricity department, and his mother, Veena Pant, a housewife. His educational journey comprises completing his schooling at St. Joseph's College, Nainital, and pursuing engineering studies at the prestigious IIT Kharagpur.
