Bayview Projects LLP, which counts filmmaker Boney Kapoor among its backers and collaborates with the Bhutani Group, has emerged victorious in the bidding process to undertake the construction of the Noida International Film City. Situated in the Yamuna region near Noida, this ambitious project spans an expansive 230 acres within Sector 21 of the Yamuna Authority area, signaling a significant milestone in its development journey.
The momentum behind the project surged as Bayview Projects LLP clinched the top spot among four competing entities, showcasing its commitment and vision for realizing the International Film City. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) confirmed this development, affirming that M/s Bayview Projects LLP, backed by Boney Kapoor and the Bhutani Group, had emerged as the successful bidder for this transformative endeavor.
