PM's "remote-controlled" Himanta Sarma would be fired if...: Rahul Gandhi

During the 'Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra,' Congress leader Rahul Gandhi made pointed remarks about Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, suggesting that Sarma is being controlled or influenced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

Gandhi went on to state that if Sarma were to advocate for the welfare of Assam, he would be swiftly removed from his position, implying a lack of autonomy in his decision-making.

Additionally, Rahul Gandhi criticized the All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF), led by Badruddin Ajmal, describing it as the "B team of BJP." He expressed confidence in the Congress party's ability to defeat both the BJP and the AIUDF in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and the Assam assembly polls.

The remarks made by Rahul Gandhi reflect a political narrative emphasizing power dynamics, alleged influence from higher authorities, and the Congress party's determination to challenge and triumph over its political rivals in Assam.
