On the auspicious day of the consecration ceremony at the Ram temple in Ayodhya, a heartwarming incident occurred in Firozabad where a Muslim woman, Farzana, gave birth to a baby boy and bestowed upon him the name 'Ram Rahim,' symbolizing a poignant message of Hindu-Muslim unity.
Dr. Naveen Jain, overseeing the District Women's Hospital, reported that both the mother and the newborn are in good health. Grandmother Husna Banu expressed her intent behind naming the child Ram Rahim, aiming to convey a powerful message of harmony between the Hindu and Muslim communities.
Seema Dwivedi, acting in charge of the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department at Kanpur's Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Memorial Medical College, shared that 25 babies were delivered on Monday, with 10 girls and the rest boys, all in normal and healthy condition. One mother, Bharti Mishra, named her child Ram, believing it would positively influence the baby's personality. Other mothers chose synonyms for Lord Ram, such as Raghav, Raghvendra, Raghu, and Ramendra.
In Sambhal district, a private nursing home created a miniature Ram temple inside the delivery room, providing pregnant women with a darshan of Lord Ram before delivery. Dr. Vandana Saxena adorned the delivery room and the newborns' room in saffron color, naming the newborn boys after Lord Ram and the girls as Janaki and Sita.
Meanwhile, in Bhadohi, 33 children were born in the district hospital on Monday, with many mothers expressing their desire to coincide the delivery with the Ram temple consecration. Out of the newborns, 15 are boys and 18 are girls, with many parents naming their children after Lord Ram or Goddess Sita. This heartening series of events reflects the profound impact of the Ram temple consecration on the community, fostering a sense of unity and joy.
