A 32-year-old individual residing in Pennsylvania, United States, stands accused of committing a heinous act wherein he purportedly severed the head of his 68-year-old father, Michael Mohn, within their Levittown residence. The accused, identified as Justin Mohn, was taken into custody following the disturbing incident.
Reports from local media sources indicate that the authorities were alerted to the situation on Tuesday evening subsequent to Justin Mohn's upload of a 14-minute video on YouTube. In this video, he prominently displayed what he claimed to be his father's decapitated head, meticulously wrapped in plastic. During the chilling footage, Justin Mohn can be heard making disparaging remarks about his deceased father, asserting that he is condemned to eternal damnation as a traitor to the nation.
Regrettably, the video, which contained deeply disturbing content, has since been removed from the platform. In this unsettling footage, Justin Mohn launched into a tirade against various entities, including the U.S. government, the Biden administration, and several groups whom he held responsible for what he perceived as the nation's decline. Furthermore, he issued threats against prominent figures such as the FBI director, the Attorney General, and the Supreme Court Chief Justice, offering bounties for their demise.
Within his diatribe, Justin Mohn called upon relatives of federal employees to engage in acts of violence and espoused grandiose delusions of being revered as a messianic figure and a legitimate candidate for the presidency. Additionally, he expressed vehement hostility towards marginalized communities, such as the LGBTQ+ community and the Black Lives Matter movement, as well as towards "tax-evading big tech companies".
Following the incident, authorities swiftly took action, leading to the apprehension of the suspect at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, on the same evening. Subsequently, he was transferred to Middletown for further proceedings. Describing the grim discovery, Middletown Police Chief Joe Bartorilla informed reporters gathered at the scene late Tuesday night that officers, upon entering the residence, found the deceased father in an upstairs room.
