Her husband, Bharat, has come forth with allegations implicating her former lover in this heinous act.
Alekya, who resided with her spouse, Bharat, fell victim to what her husband asserts was a calculated attack orchestrated by individuals purportedly sent by Annam Srinivas, Alekya's former paramour. Bharat claims that Alekya had been engaged in an extramarital affair with Srinivas for a duration spanning seven years.
