Day 4 box office revenue for "Article 370": Yami Gautam's movie aims to earn Rs 50 crore worldwide



Yami Gautam and Priyamani's film 'Article 370' experienced a noteworthy Monday (February 26) at the box office, marked by a resilient performance despite witnessing a slight downturn in numbers. Despite this, the movie managed to accumulate over Rs 3 crore net in India alone. As it continues its theatrical run, the film is steadily approaching the impressive milestone of Rs 50 crore in global earnings. The creators of 'Article 370' proudly announced that the film amassed a commendable sum of Rs 34 crore worldwide within a mere three days of its release.

On Monday, the film is estimated to have garnered Rs 3.25 crore net in domestic box office collections. Consequently, the cumulative earnings over the four days now stands at Rs 26.15 crore in India.

Recording an overall occupancy rate of 13.10 percent on Monday in India, 'Article 370' maintained a steady presence in theatres.

Yami Gautam expressed her elation as she shared the impressive three-day worldwide collection figures for her film, 'Article 370', indicating that it grossed Rs 34.71 crore worldwide according to her post.

'Article 370' debuted in cinemas worldwide on February 23, offering audiences a narrative centered around anti-terrorism operations in Kashmir following the abrogation of Article 370.

Directed by Aditya Suhas Jambhale, a recipient of the National Award on two occasions, the film boasts a diverse cast including Arun Govil, Vaibhav Tatwawadi, Skand Thakur, Ashwini Koul, Kiran Karmarkar, Divya Seth Shah, Raj Zutshi, Sumit Kaul, Raj Arjun, Asit Gopinath Redij, Ashwani Kumar, and Irawati Harshe Mayadev. The screenplay and dialogues are penned by Aditya Suhas Jambhale and Arjun Dhawan, with additional screenplay contributions from Aarsh Vora, while the story is crafted by Aditya Dhar and Monal Thaakar.
