That’s such a creative and heartfelt tribute to Mohanlal on his 65th birthday! Using different parts of the jackfruit to craft his portrait is truly unique—combining art with nature in a way that celebrates both the superstar and Kerala’s rich agricultural heritage. An eight-foot-wide, two-foot-high portrait made from rind, seeds, pods, and husk sounds incredible visually, especially with the colorful jackfruit leaves in the background.
The fact that it was created in a jackfruit orchard featuring 65 varieties and that the farm itself holds a UN award adds even more depth and meaning to the artwork. Kudos to Da Vinci Suresh for his 97th media artwork and to everyone who helped bring this vision to life in just five hours with nearly twenty jackfruits!
It’s also great that local figures like Wadakkanchery MLA Xavier Chittilappilly came to witness the tribute—it clearly struck a chord beyond just fans, blending art, culture, and community pride. Have you seen any photos or videos of the portrait?
