Anu Aggarwal says she drank her urine after Paresh Rawal: It's Amrit

Anu Aggarwal has shown her support for Paresh Rawal's claim about drinking his own urine to recover from a knee injury, referring to the practice as an ancient yogic therapy. In a recent Mumbai event, Anu described the practice, known as "Aamroli" or urine therapy, as a mudra in yoga that has been used for centuries. She explained that only a specific portion of the urine, considered "amrit" or an elixir, is consumed, and that it is believed to have various health benefits, including anti-aging effects and improved skin.

Anu also emphasized that yoga, as an ancient practice with roots going back over 10,000 years, predates modern science, which she argued only has a history of around 200 years. She voiced strong support for urine therapy, stating that she has personally benefited from it.

Paresh Rawal's statement about drinking urine has sparked mixed reactions online, with some showing disbelief and others expressing curiosity. Rawal explained that he took the advice to drink his urine from the late stunt director and actor Veeru Devgan, Ajay Devgn's father. He humorously mentioned that he even drank the urine like a beer to ensure he was following the advice properly.

However, medical experts have strongly advised against this practice, highlighting the lack of scientific evidence supporting the health benefits of urine therapy. Health professionals have warned that drinking urine can lead to infections and may harm the kidneys, urging people to avoid such unverified practices.
