"Say no to work, yes to family" is Saif Ali Khan's success slogan

Saif Ali Khan recently gave a heartfelt take on what success truly means to him, emphasizing family time over money or fame. Speaking at the Arab Media Summit, Saif expressed his frustration at coming home to find his kids already asleep, calling that scenario “not success.” For him, real success is having the freedom to say, “No, I need to go home now to catch that half hour with them.”

At 54, Saif revealed how his priorities have shifted—he even avoids working during his kids’ holidays because those moments are precious. He shared a touching insight about life’s balance, noting that at his age, he’s equally attentive to both his mother and children. Small everyday moments like cooking together and sharing meals, he said, are the “real glue of life.”

On the professional front, Saif has a busy slate with films like Race 4, a biopic with Rahul Dholakia, a project with Priyadarshan, and a social thriller by Hansal Mehta.

In a related industry update, Ajay Devgn and Kajol voiced support for implementing eight-hour work shifts for new mothers in films—a move gaining positive acceptance. They shared their views during the trailer launch of their film Maa.
