Videos of India's precise strikes in Pakistan and POK show the target locked and the missile fired

India’s Operation Sindoor, launched in the early hours of Wednesday, marked one of the most significant cross-border precision strikes in recent years, targeting nine terror camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). This carefully executed operation was carried out in retaliation for the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, in which several Indian security personnel were killed.

According to official sources, the targets included:

  • Abbas Terrorist Camp in Kotli (13 km from the LoC)

  • Gulpur Terrorist Camp (a Lashkar-e-Taiba control centre, 30 km from the LoC)

  • Sawai Nalla, Sarjal, Muridke, Kotli, Kotli Gulpur, Mehmoona Joya, Bhimber, and Bahawalpur

These camps were reportedly used by Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM), and Hizbul Mujahideen to train and coordinate terrorist operations against India. The Abbas camp was specifically known for training suicide bombers, according to Army sources.

The strikes were carried out with surgical precision:

  • First strike: 1:04 am

  • Second strike: 1:08 am

Over 80 terrorists were killed in the strikes, according to Indian intelligence inputs. Videos released by the Army showed direct hits on the terror infrastructure.

In contrast, Pakistan claimed that 26 civilians were killed, a charge India strongly denied. The Indian government emphasized that:

“No civilian or military installations were targeted. The operation was focused, precise, and non-escalatory.”

India also underlined that it exercised “maximum restraint” in choosing targets, aiming only at verified terrorist infrastructure.

This operation significantly raises the stakes in regional security dynamics, echoing past surgical strikes and Balakot airstrikes, but with a stronger emphasis on maintaining a non-escalatory posture.
