The producer of Trivikram's mythological fantasy film shares a mysterious post about Jr. NTR's involvement

Director Trivikram Srinivas’s much-anticipated mythological fantasy project—originally expected to feature Allu Arjun as Lord Karthikeya—now appears to be moving forward with Jr NTR in the lead role.

A recent post by producer Naga Vamsi has sparked strong speculation that Jr NTR has been finalized for the role. The post included a Sanskrit verse referencing Karthikeya and highlighted the word "Skanda," a name associated with the deity. Vamsi also referred to Jr NTR as his “most favourite Anna,” which fans interpret as a clear hint.

Initially, the project was conceived with Jr NTR in mind, but plans shifted to Allu Arjun before once again returning to NTR. This change likely comes after Allu Arjun committed to a new film with director Atlee.

The film will be produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations and is being described as a pan-India socio-mythological fantasy. It marks a genre shift for Trivikram, who is best known for family entertainers and dialogue-rich dramas.

Jr NTR is currently juggling several high-profile projects, including his Bollywood debut in War 2 alongside Hrithik Roshan, the pan-India film Devara Part 2, and another film with Prashanth Neel reportedly titled Dragon.

Though no formal announcement has been made, an official update is expected soon from Trivikram's team regarding casting and production timelines. This reunion between Trivikram and Jr NTR would be their first since Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava in 2018. Expectations are high for what could be one of the most ambitious Telugu films in recent years.
