The initiative has been designed to make the process of purchasing land more convenient, efficient, and transparent by integrating it into a platform that is already trusted and widely used for everyday shopping needs. Plotted development company House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has entered into a collaboration with quick-commerce giant Zepto, allowing customers to explore, select, and book residential land parcels directly through the Zepto mobile application within just a matter of minutes.
According to the companies, the fundamental purpose of this collaboration is to simplify the land-buying journey by making it quicker, more reliable, and user-friendly. By bringing this service to Zepto’s platform, which caters to millions of active daily users, the companies aim to tap into an existing ecosystem of trust and familiarity while simultaneously modernizing a traditionally complex and time-consuming real estate process.
As part of the initial phase, HoABL will promote premium residential plots located in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, and Neral, Maharashtra, through Zepto’s platform. Interested customers only need to type the keyword “land” in Zepto’s search bar, which will then redirect them to a dedicated section showcasing HoABL’s curated inventory. From this page, buyers can explore available options, raise inquiries, and even proceed with an initial payment by paying a refundable token amount to temporarily reserve their plot. The subsequent payment process has been structured in staggered installments to further ease the buyer’s journey.
Saurabh Jain, the chief marketing officer of HoABL, highlighted that this collaboration not only extends the company’s customer reach but also transforms the pace and ease of land investment across India. He emphasized the significance of this initiative, particularly with the launch of HoABL’s Vrindavan Global project during the Janmashtami season, making it timely for potential buyers to explore spiritual and leisure-driven property investments.
Established in 2020 and headquartered in Mumbai, HoABL has rapidly emerged as a major player in the plotted development space. The company has already sold more than 11 million square feet of developed land and currently has around 30 million square feet under active development. Its projects span across highly sought-after religious and leisure destinations such as Goa, Alibaug, Ayodhya, and Dapoli, with further expansion planned in culturally significant cities like Amritsar and Shimla.
Adding perspective from Zepto’s side, Chandan Mendiratta, the company’s chief brand and culture officer, remarked that the partnership has been conceived with the vision of making access to land more straightforward and attainable. By integrating HoABL’s online plot-buying experience into Zepto’s widely used shopping application, the collaboration seeks to merge real estate with convenience, making property investment a seamless addition to the daily digital habits of millions of Indian consumers.
