A 25-year-old man of Indian origin has been taken into custody in Canada after allegedly exposing himself to female medical staff at multiple clinics in Mississauga. According to Peel Regional Police (PRP), the accused, identified as Vaibhav, used false identities and fabricated medical complaints to manipulate situations in which female physicians would be required to touch him inappropriately.
In an official statement, the PRP confirmed that the 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau has arrested and charged the Brampton resident in connection with a series of indecent acts. Police officials have indicated that the pattern of behaviour appears to have unfolded over several months in 2025, during which the accused repeatedly visited different clinics and exposed himself to women working there. He is also accused of using a fake name, including the alias “Akashdeep Singh,” to carry out these acts without detection.
Authorities arrested Vaibhav on December 4, and he is currently being held in custody as he awaits a bail hearing.
The charges filed against him include four significant offences: committing an Indecent Act in a Public Place, Identity Fraud with Intent to Gain Advantage, Possession of an Identity Document, and Identity Theft. These charges reflect both the sexual nature of the offences and the deliberate use of fraudulent identities to gain access to medical staff.
Investigators suspect that additional cases may exist but have not yet been reported. They have urged members of the public—particularly those who may have encountered similar incidents—to contact the 12 Division Criminal Investigations Bureau at 905-453-2121, extension 1233. Police emphasise that further information could be crucial in building a comprehensive case and ensuring the safety of medical personnel across the region.
