Trump dismisses the Epstein pictures, claiming he had pictures with everyone

US President Donald Trump dismissed the newly released Jeffrey Epstein photographs circulated by House Democrats, calling them insignificant and insisting that Epstein had taken pictures with “hundreds and hundreds” of people. Speaking in the Oval Office, Trump said he had not seen the images but maintained that they were “no big deal” and did not imply any wrongdoing.

Earlier in the day, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released a small batch of pictures sourced from more than 95,000 photographs obtained from Epstein’s estate. Three of the images feature Trump, alongside other public figures, including Bill Clinton and Steve Bannon. There is no allegation of criminal conduct against anyone shown. Trump reiterated that he ended his association with Epstein in the early 2000s.

Democrats, led by Rep. Robert Garcia, said the released images were carefully reviewed and redacted to ensure no victim could be identified. The committee has examined only a small portion of the material so far, and additional releases are expected as lawmakers continue to pressure the Trump administration to meet a deadline for disclosing Epstein-related records held by the Department of Justice.

The release triggered a sharp response from the White House. Spokesperson Abigail Jackson accused Democrats of attempting to fabricate controversy by selectively publishing photos with “random redactions,” calling it part of a broader political effort to target the president.
