Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg were spotted at a 'wild' dinner gathering with Epstein, according to newly released documents

A newly released photograph from the latest batch of Jeffrey Epstein files shows Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Tesla and SpaceX boss Elon Musk attending an extravagant dinner party in California with Epstein, even though he had already been convicted of trafficking minors for prostitution in 2008. Epstein later boasted about the gathering in another email, describing it as “wild.” The dinner reportedly included other high-profile attendees such as LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and PayPal co-founder Peter Thiel.

The photo captures Musk and Zuckerberg seated across from each other at a long dining table. Musk is seen looking toward the camera, which appears to have been operated by Epstein, while Zuckerberg faces forward with a serious expression. Epstein emailed the photo to himself on August 3, 2015.

The revelation comes after Musk recently asserted that he had “never been to any Epstein parties ever” and called for the prosecution of those who committed crimes with Epstein. On January 31, he tweeted, “The acid test for justice is not the release of the files, but rather the prosecution of those who committed heinous crimes with Epstein.”

These latest documents suggest that Epstein maintained close relationships with influential figures even after his conviction. However, the records do not provide proof that the attendees were involved in Epstein’s sex trafficking or other criminal activities.

The first reference to the California dinner appears in an August 2, 2015 email from Epstein to longevity influencer and CBS hire Peter Attia. Epstein wrote, “Where are you? I might be in LA Monday, burbank to look at the interior of the other bbj, tonite dinner with Musk, Thiel, Zuckerburg.” Attia’s name has also surfaced in the newly released Department of Justice documents.

Epstein mentioned the dinner again in an August 20, 2015 email to billionaire Tom Pritzker, cousin of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker. In that email, Epstein described the event as “wild,” writing, “I had dinner with uckerburg, mu=k, thiel hoffman, wild.”

The dinner party was first reported by Vanity Fair in 2019, which said Reid Hoffman hosted the event in Palo Alto, California, for MIT neuroscientist Ed Boyden.

Hoffman has denied any involvement with Epstein’s crimes but expressed regret over his meetings with him. He clarified last week that his interactions with Epstein were solely tied to MIT fundraising and were arranged by Joi Ito, the former director of the MIT Media Lab. “I only knew Jeffrey Epstein because of a fundraising relationship with MIT, which I very much regret… The victims of Epstein’s abhorrent and vile actions deserve all the information they are seeking,” he tweeted.

In addition, Musk and Hoffman engaged in a public exchange on X last week over their mentions in the Epstein files. Epstein had thanked Musk in a 2013 email for a SpaceX tour, to which Musk replied, “I see.” Musk had previously denied meeting Epstein in 2020, leading to a heated back-and-forth between the two tech leaders.
