A competitor coaching center's brother of Khan Sir was discovered deceased in Nepal

A major development has emerged in the ongoing controversy surrounding Patna's coaching industry, as Prince Yadav, the brother of Gyan Bindu Academy director Roshan Anand and a figure linked to the recent dispute involving educator Faisal Khan, was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Biratnagar, Nepal. The incident has added a new and unexpected dimension to an already high-profile case that has attracted widespread attention across Bihar.

According to officials, Prince Yadav had reportedly left Bihar and travelled to Nepal amid fears that he could be arrested in connection with the recent violence and firing controversy linked to Khan Global Studies (KGS), the coaching institute operated by Khan Sir. His sudden death has now become the subject of a separate investigation being conducted by Nepal Police.

Authorities in Nepal recovered Yadav's body from a hotel room in Biratnagar. Following the discovery, police immediately launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding his death. The body has been sent for post-mortem and forensic examination, which investigators believe will play a crucial role in establishing the exact cause of death.

As part of the investigation, Nepal Police have detained five individuals for questioning. Officials have not publicly revealed the identities of those detained, nor have they disclosed the precise reasons for their detention. Investigators are currently examining whether the death resulted from natural causes, an accident, suicide, or any form of criminal activity.

Police have stated that no final conclusions can be drawn until forensic and post-mortem findings become available. Investigators are reconstructing Yadav's movements, contacts, and activities before his death in an effort to establish a clear timeline of events.

The incident has generated significant interest because of Prince Yadav's connection to the ongoing conflict involving Gyan Bindu Academy and Khan Global Studies. Over the past several weeks, tensions between the two coaching networks have escalated into one of the most widely discussed controversies in Bihar's educational sector.

The dispute intensified after unrest erupted outside Khan Global Studies in Patna. According to police, a group of individuals allegedly entered the premises, created disturbances, and attacked security personnel. During the incident, at least one security guard reportedly sustained serious injuries.

The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Roshan Anand and several other individuals allegedly connected to the disturbances. The arrests further heightened tensions between supporters of the rival coaching groups and generated widespread debate on social media platforms.

As videos and claims relating to the incident circulated online, competing narratives emerged from supporters of both sides. Students and supporters associated with Gyan Bindu Academy organised protests in Patna, alleging that authorities had taken one-sided action and demanding a broader and more impartial investigation into the events.

The controversy deepened further when police registered a First Information Report (FIR) naming Khan Sir and two of his private security guards in connection with an alleged firing incident that took place outside the coaching institute on June 2.

According to investigators, security personnel who were questioned during the probe stated that they opened fire amid escalating tensions outside the institute. Police subsequently seized the weapons allegedly used during the incident and sent them for forensic examination as part of the ongoing inquiry.

Khan Sir has consistently denied any wrongdoing and has maintained that the investigation will ultimately establish the facts. The popular educator has stated that he has faith in the legal process and that the truth will emerge through the course of the investigation.

A Patna court later granted Khan Sir interim protection from arrest, allowing him temporary relief while permitting police to continue questioning him regarding the allegations. The court's decision ensured that the investigation could proceed without immediate custodial action against the educator.

Against this already complex backdrop, Prince Yadav's death in Nepal has introduced a fresh element of uncertainty. Given his connection to one of the principal figures involved in the coaching dispute, authorities are expected to carefully examine whether there is any relationship between his death and the broader controversy.

At present, investigators have not established any direct link between the death and the coaching centre dispute. Officials have emphasised that all possibilities remain under examination and that conclusions will depend on the evidence collected during the investigation.

The incident has also prompted authorities in Bihar to take precautionary measures. Following reports of Yadav's death, security was strengthened outside Khan Sir's residence in Patna to prevent any potential law-and-order issues or retaliatory actions.

Additional security arrangements have reportedly been made around Khan Global Studies as well. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation to ensure that the latest development does not trigger further unrest among supporters of either side.

The case has drawn considerable public attention because it combines several highly sensitive elements: a prominent educational rivalry, allegations of violence and firing, multiple criminal investigations, social media campaigns, public protests, and now a mysterious death in a foreign country.

For investigators, the immediate priority remains determining how Prince Yadav died and whether any criminal act was involved. The post-mortem examination and forensic analysis are expected to provide critical information regarding the circumstances of his death.

Meanwhile, police in both Nepal and India are likely to coordinate as the investigation progresses. Authorities may examine travel records, hotel records, phone communications, and witness statements to establish a comprehensive picture of Yadav's final days.

Until the forensic findings are released, significant questions remain unanswered. Investigators must determine whether the death was accidental, self-inflicted, medically related, or the result of foul play. They must also assess whether there is any connection between the death and the broader coaching centre controversy that has dominated headlines in Bihar.

With five people already detained, heightened security measures in place, and multiple investigations continuing simultaneously, Prince Yadav's death has added another layer of complexity to an already high-profile dispute. The findings of the Nepal Police investigation and the post-mortem report are now expected to play a crucial role in determining the direction of the case and addressing the many questions that remain surrounding his death.
