The makers of The India Story: Slow Poison in Progress have released the trailer for the upcoming social drama starring Kajal Aggarwal and Shreyas Talpade. The film focuses on the issue of pesticide-based farming and its long-term impact on human health and the environment, presenting the subject through a story of truth, justice and resilience.
The 2-minute, 35-second trailer offers a glimpse into an emotionally charged narrative in which the protagonists challenge a powerful system while exposing a crisis that continues to affect millions of people. Combining courtroom drama, social commentary and personal struggles, the film seeks to highlight a significant public issue.
The trailer opens with Shreyas Talpade's character mourning the death of his seven-year-old daughter from cancer.
