A 15-year-old boy died and another minor suffered serious injuries after the electric scooter they were riding was caught between two cars in a road accident in Kamareddy town, Telangana, on Friday.
The incident took place in the Ashok Nagar area. CCTV footage shows a white car suddenly colliding with a blue car that was turning. The scooter carrying the two boys became trapped between the two vehicles during the crash.
The collision was so powerful that both boys were thrown from the scooter. One of them died at the scene from severe injuries, while the other was taken to Kamareddy General Hospital, where he is receiving treatment.
POLICE PROBE ACCIDENT
Police registered a case following the crash and began investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
Officials are examining how the two cars collided and how the scooter ended up caught between them. The precise cause of the crash has not yet been determined.
Investigators are also looking into whether speeding or careless driving may have contributed to the accident. However, neither factor has been confirmed so far.

BUS OVERTURNS IN KAMAREDDY
On the same day, another accident occurred at Jukal X Road in Kamareddy, where a bus overturned, killing its driver and injuring several passengers.
According to news agency ANI, the bus was travelling from Hyderabad to Bichkunda when it struck a roadside divider and overturned. The driver, identified as Anjaneyulu, died at the spot.
Several passengers were injured in the crash and were taken to a hospital for medical treatment.
