A petrol bomb was thrown at RSS official Seetharaman's home, Tambaram, near Tamil Nadu's Chennai on Saturday. According to cops, steps are on to nab the indicted. This is the third such happening after the massive national crackdown on the Popular Front of India (PFI) by central agents over terror connections.
"At around 4 am, we attended a noisy sound and caught fire. We felt it was a short circuit, but it wasn't the point. We extinguished the fire and called police officers. They got the footage of the charge.
In a parallel happening in Kovaipudur in Coimbatore, unknown persons had thrown petrol bombs at the home of an RSS functionary, after which safety was heightened in the region. No damages were reported.
