On September 22, In a major crackdown against the Popular Front of India (PFI), the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) held out searches at numerous locations in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, and other states.
Over 100 PFI partners and people associated with them have been arrested by the ED, NIA, and state police in various cases.
