Infosys and Liberty Global have agreed a preliminary five-year deal worth 1.5 billion euros ($1.64 billion), Reuters news agency reported.
The agreement aims to improve and expand the media company's digital entertainment and connectivity platforms, as outlined in a joint announcement on Tuesday.
