On Monday, the Karachi Police took into custody a school principal on allegations of sexually assaulting and extorting numerous women. This accused individual presides over a school situated in the Gulshan-e-Hadeed area of Karachi. Upon conducting investigations, it has come to light that more than two dozen teachers and staff members have become victims of his sexual misconduct, as reported by Geo TV.
The school principal, who goes by the name Irfan, reportedly employed closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage to manipulate and blackmail the victims, as disclosed by Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for District Malir, Hassan Sardar.
The Karachi Police, during their inquiry, retrieved 25 brief video clips of incriminating nature from the school principal's mobile phone. These clips unveil that the accused exerted undue pressure on over 24 teachers and staff members, compelling them to engage in sexual relations with him.
SSP Malir commented on the ongoing investigation, stating, "At present, we have five women who have come forward as victims of the suspect, and we are actively gathering essential information from these victims."
The controversy surrounding this matter emerged when a sexually explicit video featuring the principal and a female teacher circulated on the internet, leading to the investigation and subsequent arrest.
