'Contingency strategy' for Telugu Desam Party following Chandrababu Naidu's detention

In Munger, Bihar, during recent examinations, school and college students were observed in photographs and videos taking their tests outdoors, either on rooftops or in hallways, and sitting in groups of four on plastic chairs due to a shortage of seating arrangements at examination centers. These images and videos have gained significant attention on social media platforms.

These incidents occurred at two different locations: at Jagannath Plus Two High School, students were seen writing their exams on the school's rooftop, and at RS College in Munger, NCC cadets were involved in assisting with the examination process.

Following the viral spread of these videos and photos on social media, Ramashish Purve, the Controller of Examinations at Munger University, conducted a visit to RS College. He acknowledged that the examinations were being conducted under "challenging circumstances." Additionally, he clarified that the NCC cadets present were not responsible for distributing examination papers but were there primarily to maintain order and ensure a peaceful examination environment.

However, it's worth noting that the viral videos and images depicted NCC cadets distributing examination papers to students and seemingly performing invigilation duties.

Moreover, the examinations themselves were conducted with four candidates seated together at each plastic table, leading to concerns about the potential for cheating or unauthorized collaboration among students.
