This forthcoming OnePlus device, cleverly identified by the astute tipster @1NormalUsername and subsequently reported by Android Authority, has tentatively been dubbed the "OnePlus Pad Go." It's plausible that this "Go" edition could signify a more streamlined iteration of the premium OnePlus Pad, employing a nomenclature reminiscent of the Android Go variant, a scaled-down rendition of the standard Android operating system. It's worth noting that OnePlus has yet to confirm the specifics regarding this impending release.
The discerning tipster stumbled upon the model number "OPD2304." Notably, this very same model number has also surfaced on the Bureau of Indian Standards forum, the governmental body responsible for formulating and upholding standards to guarantee the quality and safety of products and services within the Indian market. This corroborates the notion that the alleged OnePlus Pad Go could very well be slated for launch in India.
The BIS forum has also brought to light two additional models: OPD2304 and OPD2305. These are likely indicative of two distinct variants of the OnePlus Pad Go.
If these speculations prove accurate, it's conceivable that the OnePlus Pad Go will come bearing a more wallet-friendly price tag compared to the OnePlus Pad, which currently retails for Rs 37,999.
