"Verbal lynching inside, now trying outside," says a BSP MP in response to Nishikant Dubey's assertion

Danish Ali called for action against BJP MP Nishikant Dubey on Sunday, responding to Dubey's claims that the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MP had used inappropriate language in the Lok Sabha first.

Nishikant Dubey alleged that Danish Ali had made objectionable comments about Prime Minister Narendra Modi, referring to him as "neech." In a letter addressed to Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Saturday, Nishikant accused Danish Ali of provoking BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri to lose his composure during the session.

Danish Ali stated, "I urge the speaker to investigate this, as it represents another instance of a breach of privilege. I demand that action be taken against Nishikant Dubey for his statements. If what Nishikant Dubey claims is true, there should be a video recording of the incident. Is it accurate that all the BJP MPs were present and laughing? This implies that they did not come to the Prime Minister's support. They verbally attacked me in the House. Now they are attempting to tarnish my reputation outside," in an interview with the news agency ANI.

Earlier, Danish Ali had refuted the BJP's accusations, suggesting that the party should "come up with something better." He clarified that it was Bidhuri who had used the term "neech" in reference to PM Modi, and Danish Ali had informed the Chairman about the "offensive language."

During a discussion on the Chandrayaan-3 mission in the Lok Sabha on Thursday, Ramesh Bidhuri made inappropriate remarks about Danish Ali. The following day, the BJP issued a show-cause notice to Bidhuri after his comments stirred controversy.
