Watch: "Animal" song "Satranga" beautifully conveys the bittersweet love between Ranbir and Rasmika

The creators of 'Animal,' starring Rashmika Mandanna and Ranbir Kapoor, unveiled the film's second song, 'Satranga,' on Friday, October 27. The mellifluous track, which features the melodious voice of Arijit Singh, is composed by Shreyas Puarnik, and its lyrics are penned by Siddharth-Garima.

'Satranga' from 'Animal' vividly portrays the poignant love story between Rashmika and Ranbir. The accompanying music video offers a glimpse into their tumultuous relationship, particularly during moments of discord and unhappiness.

The video begins on the auspicious occasion of Karwa Chauth, where Rashmika, eagerly awaiting her husband Ranbir's return, falls asleep. When Ranbir eventually arrives, it's evident that he has had a trying day at work. He proceeds to take Rashmika to the balcony to participate in the Karwa Chauth ritual, but he shares some disheartening news that shatters her, leaving her in tears.

Similar to 'Hua Main,' 'Satranga' also features romantic scenes with Ranbir and Rashmika sharing passionate kisses throughout the song.

In the meantime, the film's first single, 'Hua Main,' has already garnered over 35 million views on YouTube, captivating audiences with the sizzling on-screen chemistry between Ranbir and Rashmika.

'Animal,' directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, also stars Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. Anil Kapoor portrays Ranbir's father, while Rashmika plays Geetanjali, his love interest. Bobby Deol takes on the role of the film's antagonist.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar's T-Series, Murad Khetani's Cine1 Studios, and Pranay Reddy Vanga's Bhadrakali Pictures, 'Animal' is scheduled for a theatrical release on December 1.
