Elvish Yadav, the celebrated victor of the television program Bigg Boss OTT, found himself at the center of a legal maelstrom as he was recently embroiled in a controversy regarding the purported use of snake venom at a rave party hosted in Noida. However, in a resolute Instagram post shared on Friday, Yadav vehemently denied all allegations against him, categorically asserting that they lacked any semblance of credibility.
In his fervent statement, Yadav went on to declare, "I want to emphatically underline that all allegations leveled against me are entirely baseless and devoid of even a single percent of truth." This Instagram post also featured a video message from Elvish Yadav, wherein he passionately implored that his reputation not be tarnished or besmirched by these unfounded claims.
Expressing his willingness to cooperate fully with the Uttar Pradesh Police in their investigative endeavors related to this case, Elvish Yadav affirmed, "I am prepared to assume responsibility for my actions if, in any event, my guilt is substantiated."
The developments surrounding this case have also seen the Noida Police take stringent actions, apprehending five individuals in connection with the alleged use of snake venom at the rave gathering. In addition to these arrests, Elvish Yadav was officially booked as a suspect in the case. Furthermore, it was disclosed that a total of nine snakes were rescued from the possession of the arrestees who had congregated at a banquet hall situated in Sector 51, Noida, on the day of the party. Notably, the event in question was actually orchestrated as a sting operation by an animal rights organization known as People for Animals (PFA).
This intricate case led to the filing of a First Information Report (FIR) in accordance with the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and for charges of criminal conspiracy. The PFA was responsible for lodging the complaint, targeting six individuals, including Elvish Yadav, who were allegedly involved in organizing a party at the aforementioned banquet hall in Sector 51, where snake venom was purportedly accessible. The identities of the individuals detained were disclosed as Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45), all hailing from the Moharband village located in the southeastern region of Delhi's Badarpur locality.
