Conman Sukesh requests a CBI investigation and disputes delivering messages to Jacqueline from prison

Conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar, accused in a money laundering case, has refuted claims of sending messages to actor Jacqueline Fernandez from jail, asserting that the messages in question are "fake." Furthermore, Sukesh has urged a CBI investigation into the alleged WhatsApp communication, emphasizing the need for stringent action against those responsible for fabricating messages in his name.

After India Today disclosed the messages exchanged between Sukesh and Jacqueline via WhatsApp, using a fraudulent number while he was incarcerated, Sukesh denied his involvement in sending any texts or voice notes to the actor. In one message, he purportedly asked Jacqueline to appear "in black clothes" during a court hearing.

Amid escalating differences, Sukesh criticized the Economic Offences Wing (EOW), labeling it as "biased," and called for an inquiry into its handling of the money laundering case.

In response to the unfolding events, Jacqueline sought protection from intimidation in a Delhi court against Sukesh. She also approached the Delhi High Court, seeking the dismissal of charges against her, asserting that she is an innocent victim of Sukesh Chandrashekhar's targeted attack.

The latest revelation in the case includes Sukesh's claim that he transferred significant sums of money to a social media management firm to purchase followers for Jacqueline's Instagram account. Sukesh alleged that Jacqueline aimed to rival actor Katrina Kaif's follower count, providing WhatsApp chats as evidence to support his assertions. Additionally, he stated that several crores were invested in a firm owned by Jacqueline's father.
