Four people were questioned in the Mahadev betting app scandal, including actor Sahil Khan.

The Mumbai Cyber Cell's Special Investigating Team (SIT) has summoned actor Sahil Khan and three others, namely his brother Sam Khan, Hitesh Khusalani, and Amit Sharma, to appear for questioning on Friday in connection with the Mahadev app online betting scandal.

This case revolves around an alleged Rs 15,000 crore illegal betting operation, and the summons follow the recent denial of Sahil Khan's anticipatory bail plea by a sessions court earlier in the week.

The Mumbai Police are actively enhancing their scrutiny of the case, which involves a total of 31 individuals named in the FIR. As part of their investigative efforts, authorities are thoroughly examining bank accounts, mobile phones, laptops, and other electronic devices associated with the accused parties.

The Mahadev online betting app, at the center of the controversy, is reported to have facilitated the establishment of 67 distinct betting sites. The accused individuals purported to have utilized more than 2,000 SIM cards acquired with fake documents for executing financial transactions related to illicit betting activities.
