Referendum against influencer Vivek Bindra for reportedly mistreating and attacking his spouse

Renowned social media influencer and life coach Vivek Bindra is facing legal action as he has been formally charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for allegedly assaulting his wife Yanika Bindra. The case was registered at the Noida Sector 126 police station on December 14, a mere eight days after the couple's marriage on December 6, 2023.

Vivek Bindra is now subject to legal proceedings under IPC sections 323, 504, 427, and 325. The charges stem from a complaint lodged by Yanika's brother, Vaibhav, who alleges that Vivek Bindra confined his sister in a room, verbally abused her, and subjected her to severe physical assault, resulting in injuries across her body. The complaint further claims that Yanika is experiencing hearing impairment due to the assault on her ears. Currently, she is receiving medical treatment at Delhi's Kailash Deepak Hospital.

Law enforcement authorities are actively investigating the matter, affirming their commitment to conducting a thorough inquiry and taking appropriate actions based on the findings.

This development occurs against the backdrop of Vivek Bindra's ongoing public dispute with Sandeep Maheshwari. The two prominent YouTubers and motivational speakers have engaged in a verbal clash regarding accusations of a 'scam' related to a business course. Sandeep Maheshwari recently released a video titled "Big Scam Expose," featuring testimonials from students who claim to have been deceived by Bada Business Private Limited, a company owned by Vivek Bindra. In response, Vivek Bindra asserted that Sandeep Maheshwari should have sought the other side of the story before making allegations.
