Addressing the 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony of the Ram Mandir, former Home Minister and seasoned BJP leader LK Advani expressed that the inauguration of Ayodhya's Ram Temple symbolizes the realization of a divine aspiration. Advani conveyed this sentiment in an article dedicated to the Ram Temple, which is scheduled to be published in Rashtradharma, a Hindi literature magazine.
The article, titled 'Construction of Ram Mandir – Fulfillment of a Divine Dream,' is set to be featured in a special issue of the magazine slated for print on January 16. Copies of this issue will be distributed to the invited guests attending the consecration ceremony.
In a conversation with the magazine's editor, Advani reflected on his role during the Rath Yatra, acknowledging that he perceived himself merely as a charioteer. According to him, the chariot itself, serving as the primary messenger of the Rath Yatra, deserved veneration as it journeyed to Ayodhya, the sacred birthplace of Shri Ram, to fulfill the noble purpose of constructing the temple.
LK Advani's decision to participate in the Ram Temple's 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony on January 22 is significant, given that, at 96 years old, he stands as one of the prominent leaders who spearheaded the Ram Janambhoomi movement.
The Ram Mandir inauguration on January 22 will coincide with the consecration of Lord Ram's idol, a ceremony that will witness the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and various other leaders. Invitations have been extended to thousands of seers from across the country, with special recognition given to the families of the laborers who contributed to the construction of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.
