The upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, commencing on Wednesday (January 10), promises a distinctive culinary journey for participants from a diverse array of 136 countries. An elaborate selection of vegetarian delicacies has been thoughtfully curated to enrich the gastronomic experience of attendees at this grand-scale event. The meticulously crafted menu for the summit showcases many enticing dishes, such as Bhindi Bakar, Pudina Broccoli, Dal Awadhi, and Tripoli Mirch Aloo.
In anticipation of the summit, the culinary extravaganza extends to a pre-event dinner on Tuesday (January 9), dedicated to honoring the UAE President. This sumptuous affair will feature an opulent spread comprising Anar Amrut, Mediterranean Sampler, Jowar aur Badam Ka Shorba, Pudina Broccoli, Paneer Subz Roll, Lilva Kachori, Tawa Paneer Masala, Bharwan Gucchi, Bhindi Bakar, Raviya Bataka nu Shaak, Gujarati Dal, Laving Bhat, as part of the main course. A delectable assortment of desserts, including Anjeer aur Akhrot Millet ka Halwa, Kesari Sabnam Rasmalai, and Baklawa, will accompany fresh-cut fruits, tea, and coffee.
The gastronomic journey continues into the lunch menu on Wednesday, featuring culinary delights such as Nere Adalaj, Tripoli Mirch Aloo, Paneer Laung Lata, Dal Awadhi, Subz-Dum Biryani, and Steamed Basmati Rice. Indulgent fruit desserts, namely Foxtail-mango-lychee and Chickoo aur Pista ka Halwa, will complement the offering, along with Exotic Seasonal Fruits and Berries.
As an exclusive addition, the state government introduces the Vibrant Bharat Thali, available at an approximate cost of Rs 4,000, exclusively catering to golden cardholders, adding an element of exclusivity to the culinary experience.
