On Friday, the Border Security Force (BSF) reported the capture of a Pakistani drone during patrolling operations conducted in Punjab's Amritsar region, as announced in a statement shared on X, a social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
According to the statement, the drone was seized earlier in the day while BSF officials were engaged in domination patrolling activities along the India-Pakistan border fence in Amritsar.
Additionally, the BSF disclosed that the captured drone was found within a farming field near Roranwala Khurd village in Amritsar.
Describing the recovered drone as a Quadcopter, specifically identified as the DJI Mavic 3 Classic model manufactured in China, the BSF commended the diligent efforts of its vigilant troops in thwarting the illicit intentions of trans-border smugglers operating from across the border.
