Despite immediate medical attention, Neha succumbed to her injuries, leaving her family and the community devastated.
In response to this heinous crime, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah reached out to Niranjan Hiremath, expressing his heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the grieving family. Assuring them of the government's support, Siddaramaiah pledged to expedite the investigation process and ensure justice for Neha. He also informed Hiremath about the initiation of a CID probe into the case and the establishment of a special court to ensure swift and stringent punishment for the perpetrator.
