Shah Rukh Khan Temporarily Moves Out of Mannat
Meanwhile, SRK has temporarily moved out of his Mumbai home, Mannat, due to a major renovation project set to begin in May.
He has rented two luxury duplex apartments in Pali Hills, Khar West, for three years while the renovation takes place. Since Mannat is a Grade III heritage structure, any modification requires court approval, which SRK has secured.
Gauri Khan’s Expansion Plans for Mannat
Gauri Khan has applied to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority to add two more floors to the six-storey annexe of Mannat. The expansion will increase the built-up area by 616.02 square meters, further enhancing the grandeur of their already iconic residence.
With this, Mannat is set to become even more luxurious, reflecting the Khan family's evolving vision for their home.
