Dhanush and Nagarjuna's latest film Kuberaa has had a solid start at the box office, collecting over ₹55 crore (nett) in India within just four days of its release. The film, released in Telugu and Tamil on June 20, has been particularly successful in the Telugu market. Although it witnessed a slight dip in earnings on Monday, the performance is still considered strong for a weekday.

Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Kuberaa is a crime drama with a strong ensemble cast including Jim Sarbh and Rashmika Mandanna. Supporting roles are played by Dalip Tahil, Hareesh Peradi, Sayaji Shinde, K Bhagyaraj, and Sunaina. The music is composed by Devi Sri Prasad, with cinematography by Niketh Bommireddy and editing by Karthik Srinivas.
The film is jointly produced by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas and Amigos Creations. Despite the Tamil version slowing down slightly, Kuberaa remains one of the top-performing releases of the season.
