Actors Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda hosted their wedding reception in Hyderabad, Telangana, on March 4, 2026. Several members of the Hindi film industry attended the celebration, including Kriti Sanon, Homi Adajania and Karan Johar.
Kriti chose a black lace-detailed crop top paired with a heavily embroidered charcoal-grey lehenga. Karan wore a white bandhgala jacket accented with a gold brooch, styled with black trousers and his signature glasses, while Homi opted for a black blazer with matching trousers.
As the couple arrived together, they greeted photographers with folded hands. Rashmika made a heart gesture, and Vijay bowed in appreciation. They also posed with their parents for group photographs before entering the venue.
The reception took place at Taj Krishna. Rashmika wore a red silk saree with a detailed black and gold border, complemented by elaborate gold jewellery including a layered necklace and headpiece. Vijay chose a white V-neck kurta with a traditional dhoti, accessorised with a silver chain and a watch.
Among the early guests were R. Sarathkumar and Radhikaa Sarathkumar. Sarathkumar wore a white kurta with matching trousers, while Radhikaa appeared in a dark green saree.
In a prior statement, the newlyweds announced that the reception would be invitation-only following consultations with local police, who advised stricter safety and crowd-control arrangements due to high public interest. The couple thanked fans for their love and requested cooperation in ensuring a safe celebration.
Earlier in the week, Rashmika and Vijay visited his ancestral village in Telangana, where they performed traditional rituals including the Satyanarayana Swamy Vratham and a house-warming ceremony at their newly built home in Thummanpet. Villagers welcomed them with music and festivities as crowds gathered to extend their blessings.
