Bigg Boss 20 Episode 6: A brawl breaks out between Kanika Mann and Yung DSA over a bathroom dispute

The sixth episode of Bigg Boss 20 was packed with drama, with the biggest confrontation unfolding between captain Yung DSA and Kanika Mann. What began as a disagreement over household chores quickly became personal when Kanika objected to what she called an inappropriate comment by Yung. Their argument later expanded into a debate over female contestants using the men’s washroom, creating further tension and dividing the house.

That was not the only conflict of the episode. Aamrapali Dubey and Mahhi Vij clashed once again, while Aman Gandhi and Aasif Khan had a heated exchange over class and comments about local train travel. The episode ended with another punishment from Bigg Boss, who announced a 30 per cent reduction in the house ration after Yung was caught sleeping during the day.

Kanika Mann and Yung DSA clash

The tension started after Yung teased Gullu and Kanika about their increasing closeness. The captain felt that Gullu’s behaviour had changed since he became close to Kanika. As Yung took charge as captain, Kanika also lost one of her lifelines.

Their disagreement escalated when Kanika objected to being assigned an additional household chore while most of the other contestants had only one responsibility. She also mocked Yung’s captaincy, joking that the captain was not expected to perform any work.

When Kanika asked Yung how he would manage his meals and jokingly offered to help him ‘chew’ his food, the conversation quickly took an uncomfortable turn. Yung responded, “Nahate time bhi bula lo.” Kanika took offence and firmly said that she was not in the house to ‘please’ him.

The conflict intensified in the bathroom area when Yung raised the issue of female contestants using the washrooms designated for men. He explained that Mary Kom had used one because the women’s cabins were occupied. Yung also complained about finding hair strands in the men’s bathroom after Kanika had used it.

Kanika then reminded Yung of his earlier comment and described it as inappropriate. Several contestants also questioned him about the remark. During the heated exchange, Yung told Kanika not to behave like a television actor. She responded that she was proud to be a television actress.

As the argument became increasingly chaotic, Scout even questioned whether the housemates would be able to have their lunch on time.

Aman and Aasif’s class war

Meanwhile, Aman Gandhi advised Yung to remain cautious while dealing with the situation, saying that his actions could appear inappropriate to viewers.

Aasif Khan had a different perspective and disagreed with Aman. Their conversation soon shifted into another heated argument centred around class differences and travelling by local trains.

Aasif told Aman, “Virar local pe mat chadh.” Aman responded that he did not use local trains. Aasif then described him as someone who travelled in a ‘Mercedes’ and proudly highlighted his own experience as a local train commuter.

The disagreement intensified further when another comment about acting was misinterpreted. Later, Aasif became emotional and said he wanted to make every middle-class local train passenger proud.

Aamrapali and Mahhi clash again

Another tense moment unfolded in the bathroom area between Aamrapali and Mahhi.

Aamrapali jokingly said that everyone would have to eat food prepared by Uditi Singh. Mahhi considered the remark unnecessary and confronted her over it. Aamrapali responded but eventually approached Uditi to apologise. She also advised Uditi not to allow other contestants to provoke her.

Uditi later discussed the incident with Mahhi, adding to the growing tensions among the housemates.

Bigg Boss cuts ration by 30 per cent

Towards the end of the episode, Bigg Boss summoned everyone to the living room and announced a 30 per cent cut in the house ration. The punishment came after Yung was caught sleeping during the daytime, which is prohibited under the rules.

The episode then shifted into a more emotional space.

Aasif checked on Qazi’s health and offered his support, unaware that Qazi had kept the truth about his prank hidden. Aasif later spoke about his own struggles with mental health and became emotional while discussing his experiences.

Episode six had all the familiar elements of Bigg Boss—captaincy disputes, personal attacks, washroom-related arguments, class-based remarks and another ration cut. However, amid all the heated confrontations, the episode also highlighted how quickly the house can move from trivial disagreements to deeply personal and vulnerable moments.

Bigg Boss 20 is currently streaming on JioHotstar and is also being broadcast on ColorsTV.
