As Delhi continues its rescue efforts to save people trapped under debris in South Delhi's Satya Niketan following the collapse of a 50-year-old building housing a boys' PG, a video has emerged showing CM Rekha Gupta reprimanding senior government officials over an alleged delay in some work.
