In Jammu and Kashmir's Ramban district, a tragic incident occurred resulting in the loss of two lives and injuries to two others. This unfortunate incident took place when a vehicle carrying police officers, including a special police officer (SPO), skidded off the road and plunged into a gorge near a dam located in Chanderkote. Regrettably, SPO Swami Raj lost his life in this accident. The injured individuals, identified as police personnel Sewa Singh and Parvaiz Ahmed, were promptly transported to the hospital for medical attention. However, despite medical efforts, Ahmed's injuries proved fatal, and he succumbed to them while at the hospital, according to the officials' report.
