MK Stalin's son Udhayanidhi created a controversy by saying, "Sanatana dharma like malaria, dengue..."

Udhayanidhi Stalin, the son of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin, stirred controversy on Saturday when he equated Sanatana dharma to "dengue" and "malaria" and stated that it should be "eradicated" rather than simply resisted.

Sanatana dharma is opposed to social justice and equality, according to Udhayanidhi Stalin, who was speaking at a "Sanatana Abolition Conference."

"Only things that cannot be challenged should be outlawed. We are powerless to combat corona, malaria, mosquitoes, or dengue. This must be eliminated. That is how we must remove Sanatana, he said, according to the news agency ANI.

Amit Malviya, the chairman of the BJP's IT unit, criticized Udhayanidhi Stalin for his comments regarding Sanatana dharma and claimed that he was "calling for the genocide of 80% of the population."

"Udhayanidhi Stalin, a minister in the DMK administration and the son of Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin, has connected Sanatana dharma to malaria and dengue. He believes it ought to be completely destroyed, not only condemned.
